Korean Commission Series

An amazing friend commissioned me to create these arts fully in Korean for her! She has traveled to Korea a couple of times and always wanted someone to create these arts in 한글 (the Korean alphabet), with song lyrics that meant a lot to her and also that could make her remind of one of her favorite places in the world.

So I merged Lonely St. by Stray Kids with Seoul Tower’s floor pattern, Seoul by RM with Seoul Tower, Super by Seventeen with the iconic clouds from the song’s story that are also presented in 숭례문, one of the Eight Gates in the Fortress Wall of Seoul. And finally, the last art is from Spring Day, by BTS and it was merged with the amazing pink muhly grass, found also in Korea.

I was honored to be the chosen artist to create such a deep series, and I absolutely loved this challenge! Below you can see each sketch next to the final artwork. Everything was created by using Procreate app.
