Shop Policy

All orders are processed 1 to 4 business days from the order date unless stated otherwise. Delays may occur due to adverse weather and holidays.

What are the average arrival times?
We have four different shipping options; each increasing in price and speed (depending also on your location):

  • Budget

  • Standard

  • Express

Budget shipping has slower delivery times than standard shipping and is typically sent using an untracked service (although all US orders are tracked). Standard and Express shipping are tracked. Please reference estimated shipping times during checkout and select the service that works best for you. We are not responsible for local duty fees and taxes due at the time of package receipt. 

Do you ship internationally?
We ship to anywhere in the world!

What if my order arrive damaged?
Please send me an email up to 7 days after you receive it with a photo of the damaged item and your order information to hello@isabellalion.com. I'll get in touch with the shipping carrier, and then gladly send a free replacement.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Before an order is in production it can be cancelled and refunded. If the mailing address or name is incorrect, please contact hello@isabellalion.com as soon as possible.

Can I resell your products?
No, all products are for personal use only. Please contact hello@isabellalion.com for wholesale inquiries.
